The use of this site or any other site owned or maintained by LAKEBERG GmbH., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Germany (“LAKEBERG”) is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

LAKEBERG is selling Lift Foils products on behalf of Lift Foils in Puerto Rico (US).
 
1. Privacy & Security; Disclosure


LAKEBERGs privacy policy may be viewed at https://electric-hydrofoil.com/privacy-policy/ . LAKEBERG reserves the right to modify its privacy policy in its reasonable discretion from time-to-time.
 
2. Payment Methods

You cannot order online on our website. Instead we will reach out to you by email and provide a personal offer.

Invoicing and shipping may come directly from Liftfoils as outlined in the personal offer by LAKEBERG. In this case LAKEBERG is acting as an agent and you should refer to the terms and conditions from the Lift Foils website at: https://store.liftfoils.com/pages/terms-conditions

We accept credit and debit cards, including:
○ Visa
○ MasterCard

We can also accept payment via PayPal and of course bank wire.

3. Shipping Policies


LAKEBEG ships orders by common carrier. Depending on your location, orders shipped usually arrive within 4 weeks. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. Your signature may be required for delivery.

The products will be shipped from Berlin, Germany or directly by Liftfoils from the US.
 
4. Delivery Confirmation


Because we have no control over events occurring at your address, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to you, even without a signature.
 
5. Return and Cancellation Policy


No returns or refunds are authorized outside of the Lift Foils Limited Warranty below (the “Warranty”) or any obligations otherwise imposed by applicable law. No returns are authorized, and they will not be accepted, without a valid Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”).

○ An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting us at info@electric-hydrofoil.com
○ LAKEBERG cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
○ Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged or other payment method used when ordering the product.
○ Shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable in any case, except as otherwise required under law or pursuant to our Warranty obligations.
○ To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.

LAKEBERG is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
 
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 7 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
 

6. Modification to Terms


LAKEBERG reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to its products and services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the website https://electric-hydrofoil.com/terms/. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
